Former Denel chairperson Mantsha & ex-CEO Ntshepe charged with corruption
They have been charged for their dealings with Gupta-linked companies while they were at the helm.

JOHANNESBURG - The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has forged ahead with corruption charges against former chairperson of state arms company, Denel, Daniel Mantsha, and former CEO, Zwelakhe Ntshepe.
The men were arrested on Friday morning and taken to the Brooklyn Police Station to be charged.
They have been charged for their dealings with Gupta-linked companies while they were at the helm.
Mantsha and Ntshepe made a brief appearance in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court on Friday morning, where they immediately applied for bail.

They face charges of fraud and corruption and contravening the Public Finances Management Act.
They are accused of accepting financial gratification from Gupta-owned companies, abusing their positions of authority and dodgy dealings with Gupta associate, Salim Essa.
The State did not oppose their bail, with prosecutors saying they did not believe that they were a flight risk.
Both Mantsha and Ntshepe were granted R30,000 bail each.
