A woman from 'Marry Me' informal settlement says 2 of her siblings were part of the patrollers attacked

JOHANNESBURG - A woman from the 'Marry Me' informal settlement in Soshanguve says two of her siblings were part of the group of patrollers who were attacked on Saturday morning.
In the attack by suspected criminals, four patrollers died on the scene while eight others were hospitalised.
On Sunday, another victim succumbed to their injuries.
Mathapelo Kgomo is the sister of two men who were attacked on Saturday morning.

Philemon Sesoko was 37 years old while Tshegofatso Sesoko was 26 years.
The patrollers were attacked early in the morning after their night duties.
Suspected criminals opened fire on the group and also stoned them.
Mathapelo Kgomo said her brother died trying to protect his community.
"When I woke up, someone came to tell me that the patrollers had been attacked when I got there I found my brother dead and my other brother was burnt."
She said Tshegofatso remains in hospital unable to speak.
