CAPE TOWN - As Library week comes to an end, Western Cape Cultural Affairs MEC Ricardo Mackenzie has encouraged all citizens to continue using their local libraries.
He said libraries provide free access to information and encourages skills development.
And as it coincides with Human Rights Day, Mackenzie added that it was important to note that literacy and access to knowledge are fundamental human rights.
