July unrest incitement case against Zuma-Sambudla adjourned for pre-trial conference
Zuma-Sambudla is charged with incitement to commit terrorism and two counts of incitement to commit public violence linked to the July 2021 riots.

DURBAN - The incitement case against Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla related to the July unrest has now been adjourned for a pre-trial conference.
Zuma-Sambudla appeared in the Durban High Court.

The matter was adjourned to 14 August.
She is charged with incitement to commit terrorism and two counts of incitement to commit public violence linked to the July 2021 riots.
"Hopefully by the 14th of August, all ducks will be in a row so that the matter can proceed," said National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) national spokesperson Advocate Mthunzi Mhaga.
"We are hoping that there won’t be any application that will be brought which will frustrate the progression of the trial to finality."
