Several flooding incidents were reported last night, leading to blocked roads in some areas.
Transport MEC Siboniso Duma has emphasised the importance of safety, urging motorists to take necessary precautions to prevent accidents.
“The issue of climate condition is real. Our message is clear that when you are on the road you are not even driving your vehicle only, just be mindful that you must adhere to the law.”
