Comedian and actor Ebenhaezer Dibakwane laid to rest

JOHANNESBURG - The family and friends of beloved multi-award-winning comedian and actor Ebenhaezer Dibakwane are still reeling from his death as mourners gathered to celebrate the life and times of the 31-year-old.
Dibakwane died by suicide a week ago.
He was well-known for his unconventional humour and unique stand-up comedy style.
Dibakwane's funeral was held at Church Unite in his hometown of Mbombela in Mpumalanga on Friday.

A relative read a letter from his parents, Paul and Lucy Dibakwane.
"The short time with us will not remove you from our hearts, our love for you will never fade, and memories of laughter will daily accompany our remembrance of you."
She said that he stood out from a young age.
"His childhood proved that he was a very gifted child in that he excelled in English and maths."
