A rough start to the year for Shivambu as tensions rise within MK

Floyd Shivambu has been accused of changing employee contracts as secretary-general, which has led to salary cuts.
The EFF has been referring to him as ‘the outgoing secretary-general of the MK Party.’

Madia says he has been lobbying to bring others into the party - including those from the EFF, which those in the MK see as a threat.
