Uber Eats customer spends R20,000 on alcohol in one order

Uber Eats revealed the most expensive order from 2024 was placed by one customer who spent R20,000 on a single order of alcohol.
This is down from the R33,000 on a single order in 2023.

The Uber Eats Cravings Report details order, food and driver trends from 2024.
Another customer placed 2,378 orders in one year, which equates to more than six orders a day.
The report also highlighted another user who ordered one food item on 364 days of the year.
Among the most popular food searches are for chicken, chips and pap.
