KZN provincial government must improve the lives of province's citizens - Former Premier Dube-Ncube

PIETERMARITZBURG - Former KwaZulu-Natal Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube says the provincial administration has a big task on its hands with its plan to improve the living circumstances of local communities.
Dube-Ncube reacted to the state of the province address (SOPA) in her capacity as an ANC leader.

During the SOPA, KZN Premier Thami Ntuli vowed to develop the local economy.
His predecessor says residents must benefit from the provincial budget.
"What we would like to see now happening from there is that needs to be filtered down to our communities because it’s well and good for us to talk about those things but how do we then ensure that those billions that we heard about are actually changing the lives of those communities in local areas?" asked Dube-Ncube.
