The ANC was responding to AfriForum's recent visit to the United States, where it claimed to have met with senior White House officials to disccus South African issues.
The lobby group is seeking intervention from the Trump administration on key legislation, including the controversial Expropriation Act.
ANC Spokesperson Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri says AfriForum is sowing divisions.
"They [AfriForum] do not represent all Afrikaners. There are countless who have distanced themselves from these groups and their actions. We therefore call on all South Africans to isolate these right-wing racists and focus on tackling our challenges together as a resilient nation, working with our communities."
