Modack has been in the dock for more than a week to account for the charges he faces.

He wrapped up his testimony on Tuesday after again attempting to present the court with suspected fabricated evidence.

While presenting his evidence-in-chief, Modack accused some of his co-accused, including Zane Kilian and Amaal Jantjies, of lying under oath.

It's the State's case that Modack paid Kilian and Jantjies to commit crimes in a plot to kill top cop, Charl Kinnear.

Kinnear, who was investigating Modack at the time, was shot dead outside his Bishop Lavis home in September 2020.

Kilian's lawyer, Advocate Pieter Nel, is set to cross-examine Modack.
