Fraud charges dropped against former JHB Mayor Kabelo Gwamanda

Former JHB Mayor Kabelo Gwamanda and his co-accused, Mduduzi Zondo, are now free after the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) dropped the charges on Tuesday morning at the Protea Magistrates Court.
