City of Tshwane wants sinkholes declared a national disaster

Recent heavy rains have severely impacted parts of the capital, leaving the City of Tshwane with approximately 60 known sinkholes, most of them in Centurion. However, the city has stated that it lacks the funds to repair these growing sinkholes.
