South African filmmakers invited to submit works to the American Black Film Festival

JOHANNESBURG - South African filmmakers, storytellers and creatives are invited to submit their works to the American Black Film Festival (ABFF).
This year marks the 29th annual festival, which empowers black artists and celebrates African stories.
The event will take place in Miami Beach, Florida, in mid-June.
ABFF ambassador Larenz Tate has encouraged artists to submit their films before the submission window closes on February 28th.
“So please join us June 11 through the 15th in Miami Beach for an unforgettable celebration of our culture,of our creativity, and of course, our stories. ABFF is where it all comes together.”
