ANC congratulates female pioneers and political figures honoured at the AU Summit

JOHANNESBURG - The African National Congress has congratulated all the women that were awarded for their remarkable contributions to the continent during the opening African union summit.
Various female pioneers and political figures were honoured by the African Women Leaders Network.
AU commission vice chair Monique Nsanzabaganwa, as well as the first female chairperson of the au, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma, and many other great figures, were recognised for their leadership.
Party spokesperson Mahlengi Bhengu-Motsiri said that they are proud to see Dlamini -Zuma get recognition on the platform.
"Her visionary leadership at the AU commission, championing agenda 2063, advancing women’s representation, and strengthening continental unity, remains an inspiration," said Bhengu-Motsiri.
