In the video, Kolisi is seen walking along a serene beach at sunset. The video is accompanied by a TikTok sound about healing and 'not being okay' which resonated deeply with viewers.
"I can’t just wake up and be okay, and I haven’t been okay for a really long time. I’m so tired, but I know, I know that the pain that you go through right now is nothing compared to the blessing you’re about to receive."
Kolisi captioned the post saying, “Bravery is not the absence of fear, but the action in the face of fear.”
In the comments section of the post, many fans speculated that the post might be connected to Kolisi's split from husband and Springboks captain Siya Kolisi, which was announced publicly on 22 October 2024, after being married for eight years.
