Police said the latest suspects were taken into custody on Tuesday, joining Isaac Mabena and Luthando Skosana, who were arrested in January.
Like Mabena and Skosana, the two suspects face charges of malicious damage to property.
Their arrests form part of an ongoing investigation into the attack, which occurred on 28 January.
Police believe the suspects were involved in a coordinated attack on the bus fleet, causing significant damage and posing a threat to public safety.
"The total number of arrested suspects is four, and the team will continue working diligently to ensure the rest are brought to book," said police spokesperson, Donald Mdhluli.
Both suspects are expected to appear in the Siyabuswa Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
