CAPE TOWN - Alleged underworld gang boss, Nafiz Modack will be consulting with his lawyer on Tuesday to prepare for his testimony.
Modack, along with 14 others, face 122 charges for various crimes related to operating a criminal enterprise.
He was due in the dock on Monday but requested more time to consult with his lawyer.
Judge Robert Henney on Monday took issue with Modack for requesting a week to prepare for his evidence-in-chief.
Modack had been due in the dock two weeks ago but asked for more time.
After accused number two, Zane Kilian, wrapped up his testimony on Monday, Modack requested a week to consult with his lawyer, Bashier Sibda.
Henney denied the request, saying he had already granted more than 30 orders for Modack to meet with Sibda.
The matter will be back in court on Wednesday.
