PICS: Cops remove Kanye West and 'naked' Bianca Censori after they gatecrash Grammys

On Sunday, 2 February, some of the biggest names in music were honoured at the 2025 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

As usual, there were celebrations and viral moments. The most talked-about moment on social media came from Kanye West and his designer wife, Bianca Censori.

Censori stunned and shocked onlookers with her barely-there red carpet outfit reveal.

Censori arrived wearing a big black coat, which she stripped off on the red carpet, revealing a 'see-through' nude mesh dress, no underwear, transparent thong heels and minimal makeup whilst walking alongside her husband, Kanye West (who goes by Ye), who donned an all-black look.

"It was completely see-through... I don't know what the point of it was. Some people feel this is a fashion statement while others were outraged and surprised," explains Friedman.

"The other point is, they weren't invited to the Grammys so they made this impromptu surprise appearance making a huge statement that's taken over the entire media of the Grammys," adds Friedman.

Shortly after their impromptu appearance, cops ushered the pair out of the event.

The Grammy appearance came just hours after West's return to social media platform X, where he posted and then deleted an explicit comment about former US Vice President Kamala Harris last year.

The dramatic entrance also marked West's first Grammy appearance in a decade, with the rapper nominated in the Best Rap Song category for "Carnival" with Ty Dolla Sign.

Ye, who also owns 'Yeezy', the luxury fashion label, has been dubbed 'eccentric' for his past behaviour in the industry causing him to lose brand deals with Adidas, banned from social media platforms and notoriously been called out for choosing his partners' outfits.

Ye also posted un-censored now-viral pictures of his Grammy outfit and Censori's online which X prefaced with a content warning saying: 'This may be viewed as 'adult only' content...'

"... people have the freedom to do whatever they want I suppose, but I don't know if one should be walking naked on the red carpet... I don't know," says Friedman.
