Ralph Stanfield's brother, mother-in-law added to fraud case linked to CoCT's housing directorate

CAPE TOWN - Alleged 28s gang boss Ralph Stanfield's younger brother, his mother-in-law and one other person have been added to the billion rand fraud case linked to the City of Cape Town's housing directorate.
This brings the number of accused in this case involving the city's former human settlements MMC, Malusi Booi, to 29.
They were all back in the dock at the Cape Town Magistrate's Court Friday, facing more than 50 serious charges.
Ralph Stanfield's younger brother, Kyle Stanfield, Nicole Johnson's mother, Barbara Johnson, and Phakamisa Nondabula were the latest accused to be added to this case.
The State has charged them with defeating the ends of justice.
Their case has been transferred from the Bellville Commercial Crimes Court.
The prosecution is accusing all 29 suspects of being part of Ralph Stanfield and Nicole Johnson's criminal enterprise.
