DURBAN - UMkhonto weSizwe Party member of Parliament, Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla has been released on a warning by the Durban Magistrates Court.

Zuma-Sambudla is charged with incitement to commit terrorism, and two counts of incitement to commit public violence.
The State is accusing her of using her social media platform to post inciting remarks which may have had an impact on the anarchy.
Magistrate Irfaan Khalil granted the accused bail.
"There's nothing in the docket of the investigating officer to even remotely suggest that there would be any risk in releasing you on bail, there have been no conditions that have been submitted."
State prosecutor Yuri Gangai says while bail will be heard under schedule 6, the state is not opposed to bail because the accused has been cooperative to the investigations, her employment and home address have been verified and that she’s not a flight risk. @_NMabaso pic.twitter.com/kzSNnD99ko

Earlier on Thursday, the State said it was not opposed to bail.
State prosecutor, Yuri Gangai: "The State is not opposed to bail in this matter. The bail is to be heard under schedule 6 as I have explained, your worship."
Gangai said the accused had fully complied with the State's investigation.
"The reasons that we have decided not to oppose bail is the following: the address of the accused has been verified, the accused is an employed person, and we’ve verified the employment. More than that, your worship, the accused was aware of the investigation."
