Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane said experts would testify that the image in question did not originate from the judge president.

She is being cross-examined before the Judicial Conduct Tribunal in the probe against the judge president.

Mengo previously testified that Mbenenge sent her explicit images on social media platform, WhatsApp.

In a particular instance, Mengo alleged that the senior judge sent her an image showing male private parts.

However, Sikhakhane challenged this.

“Ma’am I’m going to give you an opportunity here, it’s unusual but this is a moment about which so much embarrassment has happened. This image, KH, not found on your phone, not found on the respondent’s phone was never part of the conversation with him.”

Mengo simply replied with "okay" and added that she did not dispute the assertion made by Sikhakhane.
