Trump Presidency set to begin with border crackdown

CAPE TOWN - A border crackdown is expected in the United States when President Donald Trump's first executive orders take effect.
Trump has declared a national emergency along the country’s southern border with Mexico.
In a 30-minute inaugural speech after being sworn in as the 47th president on Capitol Hill on Monday, Trump said he believes he survived an assassination attempt to "make America great again".
He described his second presidency as the start of a golden age for America and the start of a new era of success.

Trump has pulled off a political comeback not seen for more than a century - a second, non-consecutive presidency.
But with Trump’s return also comes his hardline stance on immigrants and his remain in Mexico policy.
"All illegal entry will immediately be halted and we will begin the process of returning millions and millions of criminal aliens back to the places from which they came."
Trump has also made a controversial announcement on gender that’s sure to head to the courts.
"It will henceforth be the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders, male and female."
Trump said his return should encourage Americans to dream big and to believe that nothing’s impossible.
