While many praised Melania's sophisticated and elegant outfit, others couldn’t resist poking fun at the hat, which some compared to the iconic Hamburglar character from McDonald's commercials.
Jokers suggested the hat was a clever tactic to avoid her husband’s kiss, with one X user humorously commenting, “Oh, now it makes sense. Melania wore the hat as a barrier to Trump’s lips. Got it.”

FLOTUS Melania Trump did NOT come to play today. She's matching her husband in solidarity, wearing custom American designers, and looking like she means business. I love this for her. 🇺🇸 pic.twitter.com/MbDTUkZgiF
