CAPE TOWN - Disaster Risk Management is warning Capetonians of very hot weather this week.

"The South African Weather Service has informed the city that Cape Town will experience high temperatures over the next two days."

The City of Cape Town's Charlotte Powell added citizens must take precautions.

"Limit outdoor activities to earlier or later in the day, take action at the first sign of heat-related illnesses like muscle cramps, heavy sweating, nausea, vomiting and dizziness."
