The accused made his appearance dressed in jeans, sandals, and a large jacket.
Opposing a postponement of the case again, Wilken's defence pointed out to the court that he did not pose as a flight risk and would not tamper with any potential evidence.
This was quickly dismissed by Magistrate Hleziphi Mkhasibe, who highlighted the severity of the charges preferred against him.
Mkhasibe, ruled in favour of the State, granting them more time to investigate the over half a million rand found in his home and the electronic videos and photos.
"Mr Wilken, your matter is postponed to the 28th of January 2025, for further investigation regarding your application. You are in custody, no bail and you are at court 11."
The matter returns next week Tuesday.
