Culpable homicide case against Gert van Emmenis postponed to May

JOHANNESBURG - The case against Gert van Emmenis, charged with culpable homicide and reckless driving, has been postponed to 9 May.
In July last year, Van Emmenis crashed his Ford Ranger into a minibus taxi transporting learners, causing it to catch fire.

Eleven learners and their driver were killed in the accident.
The matter was postponed for further investigations.
