Complainant says she swore at top EC judge after he sent her image of male private parts
The Judicial Conduct Tribunal has heard that Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge allegedly sent a junior staffer in the division an image of male private parts.

JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Conduct Tribunal has heard that Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge allegedly sent a junior staffer in the division an image of male private parts.
High Court secretary, Andiswa Mengo, said she swore at the senior judge after she saw the image.
The judicial tribunal is probing the sexual harassment claims Mengo made after she laid a complaint against the jurist.
The tribunal is sitting in Rosebank, Johannesburg where Mengo testified on the the alleged unwanted sexual advances Mbenenge made towards her.
Mengo alleges that Mbenenge sent her an explicit photo of a male private part.
Although he swiftly deleted the image, Mengo had already had sight of the image.
She submits that she then cursed at Mbenenge, who was unrelenting with the alleged sexual advances towards her.
According to Mengo, who was being assisted by an interpreter, Mbenenge gave the following response.
"The context was with regards to a private part, so now when it says here 'ugqiba kwam uchama' in other words, 'as soon as I have ejaculated.'"
She said she did not respond to the message.
