JOHANNESBURG - The woman accusing Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge of sexual harassment says he requested photos of her private parts.
Former secretary Andiswa Mengo is back in the witness seat at a judicial tribunal investigating Mbenenge's alleged conduct.
The tribunal has been on Wednesday going through messages between the pair from June 2021.
Evidence leader advocate Salome Ccheepers has sought to clarify a text sent by Mbenenge to Mengo in which he asked for photos.
"Yesterday it was translated as 'I thought you would go down', Was that the correct translation of that word? And what does that mean?"

Mengo, with the assistance of a translator, explains what she understood from the text.
"According to my understanding, he thought that I would send him a picture of my private part."
Mengo did not respond to this message.
However, after receiving more messages from the judge, Mengo greeted the top jurist much later and said she was busy.
