Maputo brought to a standstill ahead of Mozambican president's inauguration

Police and military personnel have been deployed to Mozambique's capital Maputo ahead of the presidential inauguration of Frelimo party leader Daniel Chapo. Tensions are brewing outside Independence Square in Maputo as Mozambican police confront a small group of protestors.
