JOHANNESBURG - The Judicial Conduct Tribunal probing allegations of sexual harassment by Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge is expected to continue on Tuesday.
The tribunal is tasked with investigating whether the sexual advances made by the senior judge towards a junior staffer in his division were unwelcomed.
Mbenenge has denied that the interactions in which, among others, he requested to see the complainant, Andiswa Mengo's body were not consensual.

However, Mengo submits that as a junior member in the division, she had to be mindful of how she navigated the workplace and rebuffed the judge president's advances.
Helped by interpreter, Lungi Ngaphi, Mengo said Mbenenge's sexual suggestions made her feel uncomfortable.
"I had an element of being a bit upset but then immediately. I then controlled myself and realised that, in fact, this person is my boss, let me just keep myself together."
