Postbank exodus: Staff raise alarm over hostile working environment

JOHANNESBURG - Concerns of instability at Postbank have resurfaced as some staffers sound the alarm on a hostile working environment at the bank. 

This after an exodus of senior executives at the institution over the years, bruising financial losses, claims of maladministration and weakened internal controls.

Postbank has struggled to retain top officials in its exco with the chief financial officer, chief risk officer and the chief information officer positions changing hands several times in the past decade. 

Insiders have now accused the already thin executive of sabotaging the institution.
