The provincial education department said the results will be released at the respective schools and the department's website on Tuesday.
Western Cape Education MEC, David Maynier hopes to improve from the 2023 overall pass rate of 81.5%.
"While the percentage pass rate is an important indicator when assessing the matric results, we must also consider other indicators such as the number of candidates achieving a bachelor's pass, the number of candidates writing and passing, and reducing the number of underperforming schools."
