The school has 108 toilets to cater for over 2,000 pupils.
However, most of these toilets are dysfunctional due to vandalism and other maintenance issues.
Ekurhuleni MMC for Water and Sanitation, Thembi Msane said this was concerning.
"Some of the toilets have leaks, some of the urinals are not working, some of the toilets are not flushing and most of this is a contribution by the learners themselves, they are doing a lot of vandalism but we are here to make sure, especially the toilets, are of a dignified manner."
Public schools are set to open next Wednesday.
