Residents claimed that children as young as 12 years old are terrorising the community.
Samora Machel is among the top 30 stations in the country with high murder rates.
Boshielo said they won't allow lawlessness.
"Look how many are we in this hall, and we are talking about small boys terrorising old people. We cannot allow that, and we will never allow lawlessness. Our responsibility is to make sure that you are safe."
She said their mission was to restore law and order in all crime hotspots.
"We can only succeed if you help us. This is the last time we are going to sit here and raise [our] hands. Next time when we come here, we will be coming to celebrate our children, who will be playing games here."
