SASSA confirms January 2025 grant payment dates
Don't rush to withdraw all your funds.

The South African Social Security Agency has confirmed grant payment dates for January 2025.
- Older Person’s Grant – Friday, 3 January 2025
- Disability Grant – Monday, 6 January 2025
- Child Grant – Tuesday, 7 January 2025
Social Relief of Distress Grant payments will be processed from 25 to 31 January 2025.
The agency reminds recipients there is no rush to withdraw cash on the first day.
Once the money is in your account, it will remain there until needed.
