JOHANNESBURG - The owner of a KwaZulu-Natal security company and his brother have been arrested for the murder of a Durban businessman. 

Shailen Singh, reportedly the owner of a truck and security company, was gunned down while seated in his parked vehicle in uMhlanga, north of Durban, on Sunday. 

Police spokesperson, Robert Netshiunda, said that the brothers were arrested on Wednesday by members of the provincial murder and robbery unit. 

"Two vehicles, which were seen leaving the crime scene after the murder, were also recovered. The suspects, who are brothers aged 35 and 40 years old, will appear in the Durban Magistrates Court on Friday, 3 January 2025."
