Man who rammed vehicle into New Orleans crowd identified as army veteran
The veteran, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, rammed his vehicle into a crowd on Bourbon Street, killing at least 10 people and injuring 30 others.

CAPE TOWN - At least 10 people have died, and 30 others have been injured after a man rammed his vehicle into a crowd on Bourbon Street in Louisiana.
The street is a popular hangout area with bars and restaurants in New Orleans.
Local police believe the tragic incident was deliberately orchestrated after examining CCTV footage.
The man behind the incident has been identified as army veteran Shamsud-Din Jabbar, whose car was found with a flag associated with the Islamic State group.
