S. Korea orders emergency safety inspection of airline operations after devastating plane crash
The probe comes a day after 179 people were killed in the deadliest plane crash in the country.

JOHANNESBURG -The government of South Korea has ordered an emergency safety inspection of the country's entire airline operations.
The probe comes a day after 179 people were killed in the deadliest plane crash in the country.

The Jeju Air plane crash-landed in South Korea's Muan International Airport with only two crew members surviving.
The two were rescued from the tail section of the burning plane and are being treated at hospitals with medium to severe injuries.
Acting President Choi Sang-mok has asked investigators to promptly disclose their findings to the bereaved families.
