Zuma addressed MK Party supporters at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Sunday, where the party held its first anniversary celebrations.
"The institution that was responsible for vote counting has a case to answer to because it is the one that was behind a scheme that robbed us working together with others. This will be revealed in court."
The IEC has previously denied the claims.
