Fraud-accused siblings in David Manuel's murder case granted bail
They're charged with fraud and money laundering relating to funeral policies they allegedly took out on Manuel, claiming to be his cousin.

CAPE TOWN - Two siblings accused of fraudulently taking out funeral policies on Cape Town "Noem My Skollie" actor, David Manuel, have been granted bail of R800 each.
Wanda and Sindiswa Mbele appeared at the Athlone Magistrates Court on Tuesday morning.
They're charged with fraud and money laundering relating to funeral policies they allegedly took out on Manuel, claiming to be his cousin.
The State said that the funeral policy payouts for both siblings amounted to R110,000.
Their case has been postponed to 28 January.
