Five men accused of killing AKA and Tibz set to return to court
The State is expected to present developments in the case after the matter was postponed three months ago for the finalisation of the investigations.

DURBAN - The five men accused of killing rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and celebrity chef Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane are set to return to the Durban Magistrates Court on Friday.
The group was denied bail back in May.
Three months ago, the matter was postponed for the finalisation of the investigations.
The State is expected to present developments in the case.
Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi, Lindani Ndimande, Siyanda Myeza, Mziwethemba Gwabeni, and Lindokuhle Ndmande will return to the dock.
They are accused of killing rapper Forbes and Motsoane.
During the previous appearance in August, the State requested more time to probe.
“To finalise outstanding financial investigations as stated by the prosecution counsel to cover, among other things but not limited to that, financial investigations, possible addition of the outstanding accused, and other relevant investigations that need to be finalised,” Magistrate Vincent Hlatshwayo said.
On Tuesday, KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi said there have been interesting developments in the case, saying as police investigate, a picture is unfolding.
Mkhwanazi added they may soon make more arrests in the murder case.
