AKA, Tibz murder case postponed to February

DURBAN- The murder case of rapper Kiernan 'AKA' Forbes and celebrity chef Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane has been postponed to February next year for the preparation of indictments.
The five men accused of killing the pair returned to the Durban Magistrates Court on Friday.

The state asked for a further postponement in the case.
"Today we heard from the state that investigations have reached an advanced stage, and the matter was then remanded for the indictments to be drafted and served on the accused on their next appearance, which will be the 7th of February 2025," said KwaZulu-Natal NPA spokesperson Natasha Ramkisson-Kara.
