JOHANNESBURG - Protesting residents of Westbury have threatened further action if their water is not restored.
They say for the past week there has been no water at all, forcing them to take to the streets.

Johannesburg city manager Floyd Brink met with residents on Wednesday promising to restore the water.
Resident Donita Jones says they will return to the streets if the water is not restored in the next three days.
“It's lies. It's all lies. They keep sending us the same notice and all that they are doing is changing the wording. Come on, guys. We are not illiterate. We are not stupid. We can read and we can understand. They are lying to us.”
