Although judgment has been reserved, Malema assured thousands of EFF supporters outside the court that he would ensure Ramaphosa is held accountable.
Thousands of EFF supporters gathered around the Constitutional Court watching the party's lawyers present their arguments on a large screen set up outside the court.
They cheered as their legal team made representations to have Parliament’s handling of the Phala Phala matter declared unlawful.
Malema said there are reasonable prospects for success in their case against the president.
“We are going to win this case against Ramaphosa, and we will call him back in Parliament to start an impeachment process.”
Malema instructed the red berets to intensify calls for Ramaphosa to be removed from office.
