Care For Wild Rhino Sanctuary helps to rehabilitate rescued black and white rhinos; they have a new life to celebrate.

Olive was adopted by the sanctuary when her mom was killed by poachers. She's grown up in the safety, love and care provided at Care for Wild and is now giving birth to her second baby.

"This special little girl is the 20th calf born at Care for Wild since 2022 and marks another monumental and important milestone in rhino conservation," said the organisation.

After extensive rehabilitation and rewilding, Olive was released into the 'Intensive Protection Zone', where she remains under 24/7 protection by an anti-poaching unit.

The birth was captured live and updates on Olive and her newborn daughter are to follow.
