CT police nab man in Khayelitsha for possession of drugs, man in Grassy Park for illegal gun

CAPE TOWN - Police have managed to rid Cape Town's streets of more guns and drugs.

A tip-off led to the arrest of an alleged drug dealer in Makhaza in Khayelitsha, while a man is in custody after being caught in possession of an illegal zip gun with ammunition in Grassy Park.

"Once charged, the suspects are expected to make their respective court appearances in the Wynberg and Khayelitsha Magistrates’ court on the mentioned charges," said police spokesperson, Joseph Swartbooi.
