Miss Universe runner-up Chidimma Adetshina to move to Nigeria
As first runner-up, she delivered Nigeria’s best-ever performance at the 73rd Miss Universe pageant.

Chidimma Adethina says she will move to Nigeria following the Miss Universe pageant.
This was after the Department of Home Affairs announced that it would cancel her and her mother's IDs and travel documents.

Per The Guardian, the 23-year-old revealed at a press conference that she had already decided to move to Nigeria.
“I haven’t seen my family yet… I’m really looking forward to that… I don’t have any animosity towards South Africa because, at the end of the day, it is still a place that I call home, no matter how painful it is to say it.”
She delivered Nigeria's best performance ever at this year’s 73rd Miss Universe pageant, finishing as the first runner-up.
She also received the title of Miss Universe Africa and Oceania as she was the highest-ranked contestant from Africa.
