CAPE TOWN - The case against five men arrested in connection with the disappearance of a German tourist in Cape Town has again been postponed.
Twenty-three-year-old Nick Frischke disappeared on Valentine's Day in 2023 after he had gone hiking along the Hangberg trail in Hout Bay.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) said the State would call the Hout Bay Police Station commander to testify when the accused returned to court in a week.
When they were arrested, they were in possession of some of Frischke's belongings.
They've admitted to robbing him of a cellphone, a backpack and some other items, but the State is trying to add murder charges.
The men have denied killing the 23-year-old.
