Bail hearings postponed for three men accused of kidnapping teen in Cape Town

CAPE TOWN - Three child kidnapping suspects have been remanded in custody.
The men are accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old girl in Samora Machel in Philippi last week.
Bail hearings were postponed in the Wynberg Magistrates Court, where they appeared on Monday.
According to the State's evidence, 24-year-old Isaac Murishi, 30-year-old David Ndayisaba and 30-year-old Paul Bucumi approached the teen girl and forced her into their vehicle.
The child's family opened a missing person's case the next day.
Police said an intelligence-driven operation led them to the suspects in Parow and arrests were made at the same premises on Sunday and Monday.
The accused are charged with rape, kidnapping, robbery with aggravating circumstances and extortion, as they allegedly demanded R10,000 for the girl's release.
The suspects are due back in court on Tuesday.
